Public Joint Stock Company Polyus (MISX:PLZL) agreed to acquire Chulbatkan Gold Deposit in Khabarovsk region from Highland Gold Mining Limited for $140 million on June 17, 2022. The consideration is payable upon closing of the deal and subject to further certain post-completion adjustments.
