The Company specializes in construction of bridges, flyovers, airport pavements, roads, highways, expressways, industrial area development, and rural drinking water supply projects. The Company's segments include Road, Water, and Toll/Annuity. The Company provides end-to-end infrastructure implementation solutions, including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services on a fixed-sum turnkey basis. It carries out and implements projects using various public-private partnership models, such as Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT), Operate-Maintain-Transfer (OMT), conventional and Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) projects. In case of built, operate and transfer (BOT) & HAM, the Company bids as a sponsor either alone or in joint venture. Its operations are spread across Haryana, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Delhi and Bihar, among others.
