PLS Group Limited, formerly Pilbara Minerals Limited, is a global producer of lithium materials, with a diversified portfolio of assets and strategic partnerships in the rapidly growing battery materials sector. It owns 100% of the independent hard-rock lithium operation, the Pilgangoora Operation in Australia, and the Colina Lithium Project in Brazil. It is also integrated into the lithium value chain through its joint venture with POSCO Pilbara Lithium Solution Co Ltd in South Korea, which manufactures battery-grade lithium hydroxide. Pilgangoora Operation is located 140 kilometers (km) southeast of Port Hedland, in Western Australia’s resource-rich Pilbara region, in Nyamal and Kariyarra Country. The Colina Project is located 10 km from the town of Salinas in the mining jurisdiction of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
