Pilbara Minerals Limited is an Australia-based global producer of lithium materials, with a diversified portfolio of assets and strategic partnerships in the rapidly growing battery materials sector. The Company owns 100% of an independent hard-rock lithium operation, the Pilgangoora operation in Australia, and the Colina Project in Brazil. Its Pilgangoora operation is located 140 kilometers (kms) from Port Hedland in Western Australiaâ€™s resource rich Pilbara region on Nyamal and Kariyarra Country. Spodumene concentrate from its Pilgangoora operation is shipped from Port Hedland, the bulk export port, to lithium chemical converters primarily in China. The Company's Colina project is located 10 kms from the town of Salinas in the world class mining jurisdiction of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Company is also integrated into the lithium value chain through its joint venture with POSCO in South Korea, which manufactures battery-grade lithium hydroxide.
