Piramal Enterprises Limited at the Board Meeting of the Company held on 6 May, 2025 the Board has recommended a Final Dividend of INR 11 per equity share of face value of INR 2 each (@ 550%) for the financial year ended 31 March, 2025, which shall be paid/dispatched after the 78th Annual General Meeting, subject to approve the shareholders of the Company at its AGM to be held on June 30, 2025. The Company has fixed 13th June, 2025, as the `Record Date' for the purpose of determining the names of Members eligible to receive the final dividend. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, such dividend will be paid/dispatched, subject to deduction of tax at source, after the AGM.
