Piramal Enterprises Limited approved the appointment of Mr. Jitendra Bhati as Chief Compliance Officer in terms of the Master Direction - Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Company - Scale Based Regulation) Directions, 2023 (`RBI Scale Based Regulations'), a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from 2nd June, 2025. Mr. Bhati has over 16 years of experience in compliance, secretarial & legal functions. Mr. Bhati is a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) Accounting degree from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Mumbai.
Further, he holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business and Finance from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (Executive) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from Government Law College, Mumbai. Previously, he has worked as the Chief Compliance Officer of Aditya Birla Finance Limited and General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Company Secretary of IndoStar Capital Finance Limited.
