Pineapple Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through two segments: Retailing of information technology (IT) related products segment, is involved in the retailing and distribution of computer hardware, software, peripherals and accessories, and printing consumables; Restaurant operations segment, is involved in operating restaurants serving food and beverages (F&B), and in wholesale distribution of food and beverage ingredients to restaurants. The Company operates its own F&B brand, Bhai Jim Jum (BJJ), which serves Thai hotpots and Thai cuisines. It is also a brand owner and franchisor of the PappaRich trademark and restaurant outlets. The Company’s subsidiaries include Pineapple Computer Systems Sdn Bhd (PCS), AGVA Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Pinefood Sdn Bhd, and THS Restaurants Sdn Bhd. PCS is engaged in retailing computers and related accessories. AGVA Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a restaurant operator.
