Perrigo reached an agreement with an investment vehicle managed by KKR to sell its Dermacosmetics-branded business for up to 327 million euros ($382.2 million).

The consumer self-care products company signed an agreement with Kairos Bidco. It noted that the price tag includes EUR300 million in upfront cash and up to an additional EUR27 million on certain sales milestones being reached over the next three years.

Perrigo said the transaction advances its plan to streamline the company and focus its efforts on higher-growth, higher-return opportunities.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.

Brands within the proposed transaction include Biodermal and Emolium, among others.
