On October 19, 2024, Mark Goodman notified Orgenesis Inc., of his decision to resign as a director of the Company, effective immediately, for personal reasons. Mr. Goodman?s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, or its management on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies or practices. Notwithstanding his no longer sitting on the Board, Mr. Goodman will continue in his role as a strategic advisor to the Company.
