OR Royalties Inc. is a Canada-based intermediate precious metal royalty company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and managing royalties, streams and similar interests in Canada and worldwide. The Company's portfolio is anchored by its cornerstone asset, a 3-5% net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the Canadian Malartic mine, located in Canada. The Company holds a North American focused portfolio of over 195 royalties, streams and precious metal offtakes with more than 22 producing assets including the net smelter return royalty on the Canadian Malartic gold mine in Malartic, Quebec.
