Nu-World Holdings Limited announced that Ravi Samsunder Rugbeer has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of company with effect from 9 July 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, Graham Hindle will continue to serve as the Financial Director of Nu-World. Ravi, a qualified CA(SA), has 14 years' commercial experience since completing his articles.

Since March 2022, Ravi has served as Financial Director with Agro-Serve (Pty) Ltd.
