Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600989) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 2,000 million worth of class A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 22.80 per share.
The shares purchased will be used for employee stock ownership plans and equity incentives. The program will be funded out of the company's own funds or self-raised funds. The program will be valid till May 13, 2026.
