Nature and details of the action: The above GST authority issued intimation of tax ascertained in form GST DRC-01A dated 19 May 2025 for payment of GST of INR 17.9 million, Interest at INR 11.6 million and penalty of INR 1.8 million aggregating to INR 31.3 million under Section 73(5)/74(5) of the CGST/IGST Act, 2017.
