NBCC (India) Limited has appointed Shri Vishal Puri (DIN: 11121276) as Additional Director (Independent) with effect from May 23, 2025, for a period of three years. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affiars vide its Office Order No. O-17034/39/2014-PS (Part-I) dated May 20, 2025 conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for the appointment of Shri Vishal Puri as Non-Official Independent Director (NOID) on the Board of NBCC period of 03 (Three) years from the date of notification of his appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The Company, in compliance of the provisions under the Companies Act, 2013 appointed him as Additional Director (Independent) effective from May 23, 2025. CA Vishal Puri is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in chartered accountancy, law, and information systems auditing. Based in Chandigarh, he has been actively practicing as a Chartered Accountant since 2008.
His academic credentials include graduation in Commerce and LL. B from Panjab University, followed by professional qualifications of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and DISA certification in Information Systems Audit. Being a distinguished leader and Ex-Chairman of Chandigarh Branch of ICAI, Mr. Puri has 17 years of experience in Accountancy, Taxation, Audits, and Financial Management, and he has demonstrated a consistent commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards.
Shri Vishal Puri has no inter-se relationship with any other Director of the Company.
