Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited at its meeting held on February 05, 2025 considered and approved Declaration of an interim dividend of INR 3.00 per Equity Share having Face Value of INR 10 each (i.e. 30.00%) for the Financial Year 2024-2025. Further, Board of Directors has also approved 17th February, 2025 as "Record Date" for the payment of aforesaid Interim Dividend for the Fiscal Year 24-25.
