The Board of Directors of Modison Limited at its meeting held on February 13, 2025, has declared the Interim Dividend of INR 1.50/- (150%) per Equity share of INR 1/- each for the financial year 2024-25. February 21, 2025 has been fixed as `Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
