As of April 28, the af Jocknick family is the main owner of Medicover through the company Celox Holdings, with 30.71 percent of the capital and 55.93 percent of the votes, according to the shareholder service Holdings.

Robert af Jochnick also has a private holding of 1.19 percent of the capital and 0.48 percent of the votes in Medicover.
