Belvedere Spolka Akcyjna has received 12 acquisition offers but for some of its assets. Among the submitted proposals, three of them concern vodka brands, while another three refer to Marie Brizard and the remaining offers have a more limited scope. Belvedere has a debt pile of €615 million.
