On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad announced that Maybank has, on 29 May 2025, completed the issuance of the RM 750.0 million Subordinated Sukuk Murabahah under the Sukuk Programme. Tenure: 12 years on a 12 non-callable 7 basis. Maturity Date: 29 May 2037.
Call Date: Callable on the seventh (7th) anniversary date from the Issue Date and on every periodic profit payment date thereafter with the first call date on 28 May 2032. Yield-to-Maturity: 3.84% per annum.
