The Company’s Energy Solutions segment includes the business of PI Energy, FP Island Energy Corporation and First Philippine Electric Corporation. The Company’s Construction and other services is engaged in the construction, geothermal well drilling, oil transporting, securities transfer services, investment holdings, financing and others.
