Lion Rock Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on advancing high-grade gold and lithium projects in North America. The Company is in the business of acquiring, exploring, developing and evaluating mineral resource properties. The Companyâ€™s flagship asset, the Volney Project, is located in South Dakotaâ€™s Black Hills. The Volney Project is located over 20 kilometers (km) southwest of Spearfish. The Company entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Revell Property, located over 25 km east of Ignace, Ontario, consisting of 112 claims covering 2,350 hectares. The project lies on the trend of the Raleigh Lake pegmatite field, which hosts the Raleigh Lake lithium-rubidium deposit.
