Linde India Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Sneha Bajpai as the Head HR & Administration of the Company with effect from 1 December 2024. Ms. Sneha Bajpai, aged about 45 years has completed her Graduation in Psychology, Master's in Marketing Management and PG Diploma in Mass Communications and Human Resources. She has gathered rich experience of over 20 years in Compensation and Benefit, HR Operations, HR Technology, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Health & Wellness and Recruitment while working with various companies, viz.
Tata Tele Services, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, MSD Pharmaceuticals, ADVANZ Pharma. Ms. Bajpai has been associated with the Linde Group since 2021.
