La Opala RG Limited proposed special dividend of INR 5.00 per equity share on 11,10,00,000 fully paid up equity shares of INR 2 per each for the Financial Year 2023-24, subject to the approval by the shareholders at the upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 30, 2024. The Company has fixed September 23, 2024 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to special dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, if approved at the AGM. If the dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend will be made on or before October 30, 2024.
