La Opala RG Limited announced that Mr. Alok Pandey has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect as stated in the resignation letter as enclosed herewith dated 1st October, 2020. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the next Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Further to inform that Mr. Alok Pandey will continue as CFO of the Company.
