Kokusai Electric Corporation held its ordinary general meeting on June 27, 2025, at which the election of 6 Directors and 4 Director who is an audit and supervisory committee member was approved. Furthermore, following subsequent meetings of the Board of Directors and Audit and Supervisory Committee, the new management structure has been launched as detailed below. Mami Sasaki is appointed as outside director and Tsuyoshi Abe is appointed as Outside Director.
Noriko Sakai is appointed Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) and Chizu Sekine is appointed as Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member). The above changes are effective June 27, 2025. The below changes are effective April 1, 2025.
Teruhiko Kawakami is appointed as Corporate Vice President (CVP) and Executive Officer and Responsible for Human Resources & Corporate Administration, Legal, Sustainability and Ethics & Compliance. Yasuyuki Homma is appointed as Corporate Vice President (CVP) and Executive Officer and Responsible for DX & IT and Information Security.
