JSW Energy Limited at the SBM held on October 1, 2024, the board based on the recommendation of the Compensation & Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of the following Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 7th October, 2024: Ms. Anushree Singh as Head - Human Resources, Senior Management Personnel and Mr. Gajendra Singh as Appointment as Executive Vice President - Corporate Affairs, Senior Manageme Personnel. Ms. Singh, 43 years, has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources in 2004 from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and her Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Psychology in 2002 from Delhi University. Ms. Singh comes with 19 years of leadership expertise working across multicultural and matrixed global organizations; successfully managing large scale HR Operations through different phases of growth and transformation.
Ms. Singh is currently working with Avery Dennison as Director HR for Aftermarket. Prior to this, Ms. Singh was working with AkzoNobel for 3 years as HR Head for India Sub-Continent and Global Project Manager for leading Employee Value Proposition project and prior to that she has worked with Aditya Birla, Aircel, Xerox and Standard Chartered Bank. Mr. Singh, 47 years, has done his M. Com in 1999 from CSJM University, Kanpur, UP.
and his L.L.B in 2006 from N M College Rajasthan. He is also a Fellow Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries, New Delhi. Mr. Singh comes with 22 years of diverse experience across finance, consulting, IT, technology, and manufacturing sectors, shaping public policy and regulatory strategies, fostering stakeholder relationships, and overseeing corporate communications.
Currently, Mr. Singh is with Shree (Bangur) Cement Ltd. as Joint President of Corporate Affairs and Communications. Previously, he has held significant positions such as Group Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at JSW Steel Limited and Group Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Reliance Capital Limited.
