(Alliance News) - The government has closed the dossier on appointments to public companies without any surprises. Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, shareholder of Snam, Italgas, Fincantieri, and Trevi Finanziaria Industriale, has announced the lists for the renewal of top management, with no surprises compared to expectations.

As reported by Corriere della Sera on Friday, Agostino Scornajenchi from CdP Venture Capital will take the helm at Snam, with Alessandro Zehentner as chairman. Augusta Iannini has been confirmed on the board of directors.

At Italgas, Paolo Gallo remains CEO, now in his fourth term, and Paolo Ciocca will be chairman, flanked by Fabio Barchiesi, Erika Furlani, and Aldo Mancino.

Fincantieri is focusing on continuity, with Pierroberto Folgiero and Biagio Mazzotta confirmed as CEO and chairman, respectively. Gianfranco Battisti, Mariachiara Geronazzo, and Emilio Scalfarotto join the board.

Trevi Finanziaria has also confirmed Giuseppe Caselli as CEO and Antonio Rinaldi, a former Lega Nord MEP, as its new chairman.
