Startup Investments (Holding) Limited announced a private placement of 4,193,849 compulsorily convertible debentures at a price of INR 214.6 for the gross proceeds INR 899,999,995.4 in a round of funding on January 17, 2025. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Info Edge (India) Limited to retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction is approved by board of directors of the company.
The transaction is expected to close with in 30 days of certain approvals.
