Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited announced that Shri Piyush Kumar, Deputy General Manager (Law), ceased to be Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the Company effective May 1, 2025, due to his superannuation from the services of IREDA on April 30, 2025. Smt. Punnu Grover, Additional General Manager (Finance & Accounts), is appointed as CCO of the Company for a period of three years with effect from May 1, 2025, up to April 30, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Smt. Punnu Grover holds an M.Com degree and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, with a total experience of more than 29 years. Over the years, she has led several key functions in Finance & Accounts and has previously handled the post of Chief Compliance Officer at IREDA.
