Inchcape plc is a United Kingdom-based global automotive distributor. The Company's segments include The Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC), and Europe & Africa, and Americas. Its APAC segments include exclusive distribution, sales and marketing activities of new vehicles and parts. Its Europe & Africa, and Americas segment includes sale of new and used vehicles together with logistics services where the group may also be the exclusive distributor, alongside associated aftersales activities of service, body shop repairs and parts sales. The Company owns Silver Star, the distributor of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and Daimler trucks and buses in Bulgaria. The Company's subsidiaries include Inchcape Australia Limited, SMLB Pty Limited, Inchcape Caribbean Inc, Bravo Auto Sdn Bhd, Trivett Pty Limited, British Motors Ltd, Nova Motors Ltd, Inchcape Global Business Services APAC, Inc, Inchcape Puerto Rico, Inc, and others.
