HomeServe plc specializes in household emergency repair services. The activity is organized around two areas:

- sale of home assistance and emergency policies: provision of plumbing and drains, electrical wiring, electrical equipment and appliances, etc.;

- claims management services: fire and flood restoration, glazing locks maintenance, window and door frames repair, drainage repair services, etc.

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: the United Kingdom (27%), the United States (46.9%), Spain (14.5%), France (10.6%) and other (1%).
