On April 25, 2025, Hangzhou Haoyue Personal Care Co Ltd announced that it has received a letter from its shareholder Li Zhibiao, requesting the Company to add temporary proposal at the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting of Hangzhou Haoyue Nursing Products Co., Ltd regarding cancellation of part of the repurchased shares be submitted as a temporary proposal for consideration at the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting. In addition, the Company stated that the proposal has been approved by the 15th meeting of the third Board of Directors, in connection with the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025.
