Goldshore Resources Inc. announced the appointment of Erica Borgstrom as the Company's Corporate Secretary effective February 1, 2025. Erica Borgstrom will replace Marlis Yassin, who has left her executive role at Goldshore. Erica Borgstrom is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) who brings over 15 years of financial experience from publicly traded resource companies and the professional services industry.
Prior to joining Goldshore, Erica most recently served as Corporate Controller of Enerplus, a NYSE and TSX listed North American energy company. Her previous experience spans financial reporting, public disclosure, treasury and risk management. Over her career, Ms. Borgstrom has participated in corporate capital raises including equity, senior notes and syndicated debt.
Ms. Borgstrom started her career at KPMG and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
