It is focused on four primary regions: Mumbai Metropolitan Region, National Capital Region, West-East, and South. Godrej Properties in Bhandup is situated on LBS Marg, one of the centrally located road in Bhandup. It has acquired 90-acre land parcel in Khalapur-Raigad, Maharashtra. The land offers a development potential of approximately 1.7 million square feet of residential plotted development. It has also acquired three acres of land in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The development on this land is estimated to have a potential of approximately 0.9 million square feet of saleable area. It also owns 53-acre land parcel in Joka, Kolkata.
