Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited at the AGM to be held on 04 April 2025, approved cash dividend payment for the second half period July 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 of THB 0.45 per share, totaling THB 1,268,878,215.15 which will be paid from the GPSC has scheduled the Record Date to determine the shareholders who are entitled to receive the dividend payment on March 4, 2025, and the dividend payment will be paid on April 23, 2025.
