Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited announced that Miss Pannalin Mahawongtikul, Director and Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa, Director, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee have resigned from the directorship of the Company due to their other business engagement. The resignation will be effective from August 20, 2024 onwards.
