Santipong Thampiya has resigned from Independent Director, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Member of the Risk Management Committee, effective from August 31, 2024 onwards. Mr. Chalermphol Pensoot has resigned from Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective from September 1, 2024 onwards.
The Meeting of Board of Directors dated August 27, 2024, has appointment of new directors replacing the resigned director and sub-committee' member as follows: To appoint new directors to replace directors who resigned as follows: Mr. Buranin Rattanasombat in replacement of Miss. Pannalin Mahawongtikul and Mr. Cherdchai Boonchoochauy in replacement of Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa. The appointments are effective from September 1, 2024 onwards.
