The board of directors of GE Power India Limited meeting held on May 29, 2025, Mr. Mahesh Shrikrishna Palashikar has requested to be relieved and retire from the position and duties of the Chair of the Board of Directors and Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on 14 August 2025, to be able to attend and honor his other professional business commitments.
