Formula One Group

Liberty Media Corporation (Liberty Media) operates and owns interests in a range of media, communications, and entertainment businesses. The Company's businesses are attributed to two tracking stock groups: the Formula One Group, and the Liberty Live Group. The businesses and assets attributed to the Formula One Group include Liberty Media's subsidiaries Formula 1 and Quint, and other minority investments. Formula 1 holds commercial rights to the FIA Formula One World Championship, an annual, approximately nine-month-long, motor race-based competition in which teams compete for the Constructors’ Championship and drivers compete for the Drivers' Championship. The businesses and assets attributed to the Liberty Live Group include Liberty Media's interest in Live Nation Entertainment Inc. (Live Nation) and other minority investments. Live Nation is a live entertainment company comprised of Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship.
