Fnac Darty announced on Wednesday a slight decrease in its pro forma revenue for the first quarter, while reaffirming its forecasts for 2025 and highlighting the positive contribution of Italian retailer Unieuro.
The group posted first-quarter revenue of €2.31 billion, up 29% on a reported basis but down 0.6% on a pro forma basis.
"More than 70% of the decline in like-for-like pro forma revenue is attributable to the deconsolidation of the ticketing business and store closures in France (...) and Spain," the company stated in a press release.
Fnac Darty also reiterated its guidance for 2025, first announced in February, including mid single-digit average growth in current operating income (COI) for 2025, excluding Unieuro and ticketing activities.
