At the AGM held September 20, 2019, Finolex Cables Limited approved the appointment of Shruti Deepen Udeshi as Independent Woman Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years with effect from February 14, 2019.

Its wires and cables include house wires, agriculture cables, ofc, telephone cables, LAN cables, speaker cables, and power cables.
