Finolex Cables Limited is in receipt of the Order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of CGST and CX, Ballygunge Divn, 3rd Floor, Kolkata South Commissionerate, 180, Shantiipally, Rajdanga Mainroad, Kolkata-700107 levying the tax demand of INR 2,435,958 if final adjudication goes against the Company. The Order is received on January 23, 2025. It is alleged that the company has claimed inadmissible Input Tax Credit.
