Fincantieri and PMM Sign Strategic Collaboration Agreement in Indonesia

Fincantieri and Pt Prima Maju Mapan, an Indonesian company specializing in communication, surveillance, and electronic integration systems, have signed a technical collaboration agreement in Indonesia aimed at developing solutions to address new unconventional underwater challenges and protect critical underwater infrastructure.

According to a statement, the agreement was signed by Mauro Manzini, Vice President of Sales for Fincantieri's Military Ships Division, and Adrianus Prima Manggala, CEO of PMM, during the ongoing Indo Defence Expo & Forum in Jakarta.

The partnership lays the groundwork for cooperation focused on the development and implementation of advanced technologies for the protection of the underwater domain.

Fincantieri SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the industry sector. The Company is active in the shipbuilding constructions. The Companyâs activities are divided into four business divisions. The Shipbuilding division produces cruise ships, ferries, naval vessels and mega yachts, as well as offers ship repair, conversion, refitting and refurbishment.
