Pursuant to Regulations 14 and 16 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, as amended, an aggregate of 20% of the fully diluted post-Offer Equity Share capital of our Company held by our Promoter shall be locked in for a period of eighteen months as minimum Promoter?s contribution from the date of Allotment or such other period as may be prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulations and the shareholding of our Promoter in excess of 20% of the fully diluted post-Offer Equity Share capital shall be locked in for a period of six months from the date of Allotment or such other period as may be prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulations.
In addition to the 20% of the post-Offer shareholding of our Company held by our Promoter and locked in for eighteen months as specified above, in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, the entire pre-Offer equity share capital of our Company will be locked-in for a period of six months from the date of Allotment or such other period as may be prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulations.
