The Company operates in following segments: The Chilled water segment, which constructs, owns, assembles, installs, operates and maintains cooling and conditioning systems. In addition, the segment distributes and sells chilled water for use in district cooling technologies; and The Pre-insulated pipe business segment, which is involved in manufacture, assemble and selling activities relating to the expansion of the Group’s chilled water business. The Company’s subsidiaries include Empower Logstor LLC, Palm District Cooling LLC, Palm Utilities LLC and Empower FM LLC.
