Edita Food Industries S.A.E. disclosed the receival of Mr. Hassan Mohammad Hassan El-Khatib's resignation from his position as a member in the Company's Board of Directors, as well as his position in the committees emanating from the Board of Directors in light of his assumption of the position of Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade in the new ministerial formation. His resignation has been presented to the Company's Board of Directors to take all necessary procedures in this regard.
