The Company also facilitates financing for vehicle purchases through third-party sources. New vehicles, vehicle parts and maintenance services are predominantly supplied in accordance with franchise agreements with manufacturers. The Car Retailing segment includes a motor auction business and forklift rental business. Within the Property segment, it acquires commercial properties principally for use as facility premises for its motor dealership operations.
