Diversified Energy Company PLC is an energy company focused on natural gas and liquids production, transport, marketing, and well retirement. The Company acquires existing, long-life assets and invests in them to improve environmental and operational performance until retiring those assets. Its assets primarily consist of long-life, low-decline natural gas wells and gathering systems located within the Appalachian Basin and Central Region of the United States. Its asset base consists of conventional and unconventional natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil-producing wells. Its midstream and marketing portfolio have approximately 17,000 miles of gathering and transportation lines and associated compression stations located throughout its operating footprint. Its subsidiary, Next LVL Energy, LLC, offers asset retirement services in Appalachia. Its operations are located in Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas, East Texas, and Louisiana.
