Azimut Exploration Inc. (TSXV:AZM) agreed to acquire 103 claims in James Bay region of Quebec from Dios Exploration Inc. (TSXV:DOS) for CAD 0.24 million on July 3, 2025. The consideration consists of CAD 0.12 million in cash and 0.2 million shares of Azimut Exploration Inc. to be issued for assets of 103 claims in James Bay region of Quebec.

The Le Caron Lithium property is in an area with lithium potential in James Bay/Eeyou-Istchee, in central Quebec. Clarkie is a project with gold potential.
