Delta Corp. Limited at its Board meeting, held on 22 April, 2025, made recommendation of Final Dividend @ 125% that is INR 1.25 per Equity Share. The dividend will be paid by the Company to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Board fixed 08 August 2025 as the record date for ascertaining entitlement for the payment of Final Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
